ACHIEVE: In 2023, we have preserved the quantity of water which is equal to the 5.9 million people’s annual water requirements .
Closed-Loop Water Systems
AIM: From 2024, 108% of our electrical consumption will be generated with renewable electricity as 1200 kW solar panels are currently being install.
ACHIEVE: Installed 103 kW on-site solar panel, which currently produced 9,444 kWh.
Energy conservation
AIM: Compliant to be more cleaner, greener chemical management.
Aim to be 100% ZDHC MRSL level-3
ACHIEVE: Production chemicals were 100% compliant with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
Green chemistry
AIM: Increase the proportion of women to 50% by 2025, starting in the base year of 2021.
ACHIEVE: In 2023, the percentage of women in our workforce has increased significantly.
Empowering Potential
AIM: Enable our staff members to expand their skill sets.
ACHIEVE: We delivered 1,800 hrs of skill-development training, OHS training, business ethics, and human rights training in 2023
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
AIM: Measure that the LTIR (Lost Time Incident Rate) meets OSHA standards, with a 3.4 threshold as the upper limit.
Achieved: Achieved an LTIR of 1.29 for the year 2023.
